Mabuhay Holdings Corporation felt the vacuum left by the sudden and untimely demise of its Independent Director, J. Marsh Thomson in January, 2009. Mr. Thomson served the company for many years and was re-elected as an Independent Director of Mabuhay Holdings Corporation at its Annual Stockholders Meeting held last May 20, 2008, and as an Independent Director of Interport Resources Corporation, affiliate of Mabuhay Holdings Corporation, beginning March 12, 2008. The Company recognizes the valuable contribution of Mr. Thomson from the time that he joined the company up to the time of his demise in January, 2009.
