Asia Alliance Holdings Co., Ltd, a Japanese investment holding company, concluded the purchase of 358,242,000 Mabuhay Holdings Corp (MHC) shares from Yeor Champion Investment Ltd. at Php 0.75 per share, representing 29.85% ownership of the company.
